Rosedale is one of my favorite neighborhoods in the north part of central Austin. I’ve been lucky enough to call it home for many years. There are so many great things about this area including its residents. It’s a very active community due to all the fantastic features in this area!
From Shoal Creek to the original Kerbey Lane Cafe, Rosedale is just one of those hot communities that even if you don’t know it by name, you now it by amenities and reputation.
Where is Rosedale?
Rosedale is located in north Central Austin. The community lies within the boundaries of MoPac (Loop1), 35th St, Hancock and North Lamar. Technically the north border is 45th St but over time the area just north of 45th and south of Hancock have been adopted by Rosedale, so to speak.
Rosedale Favorites
Some of the favorite features of this area are Ramsey Pool and Park, Central Market, Shoal Creek walking trail and Austin’s beloved Draught House that has made the area its home for over 40 years. Rosedale homes are some of my favorites, this is a great neighborhood for real estate.
